The project also fits a broader housing picture across the valley. Builders opened 14 new for-sale product lines in July, the Review-Journal reported, while Redfin data showed affordability remains a major hurdle for many households.
Downtown Summerlin has become a magnet for both consumers and developers, and this latest plan suggests the district is still evolving. In a region where growth often arrives in waves, this one appears to be building again.
