Henderson is getting another small but notable housing project. LGI Homes is planning Dawson Pointe, a 26-unit townhome community with amenities and homes priced from $300,000 to $400,000, according to NVBEX.

For buyers priced out of the valley’s more expensive single-family neighborhoods, that range lands in an important middle ground. It is not starter-home cheap, but it is still a more attainable entry point than many of the larger master-planned options spreading across Southern Nevada.

The project adds to the steady churn of residential development in Henderson, where demand remains strong as families and first-time buyers keep looking east and south for newer inventory. Even a 26-unit plan matters in a market where every new release is watched closely.

For newcomers, the headline is simple: Henderson continues to build, and the townhome segment remains one of the clearest ways into the market.
